**LATAM Pre-Sales Ingeniero de Desarrollo de Proyectos II**

**Meta**

Apoye a los equipos de ventas e ingeniería en proyectos multifacéticos de preventa y posventa con actividades técnicas como dimensionamiento, planos, lista de materiales y diseño.
**Funciones esenciales**
- Soporte en Solicitud de Propuestas trabajando en dimensionamiento, creación de lista de materiales, cotizaciones, etc.
- Generar dibujos previos al diseño (ubicación de dispositivos), dibujos de taller, dibujos de producto y dibujos as-built basados en los estándares y/o marcas del cliente después de la inspección del sitio.
- Generar planos de diseño postventa y paquetes de ingeniería.
- Brindar apoyo a nuestros equipos de ingeniería internos y externos en proyectos de mediana y alta complejidad.
- Brindar soporte de ingeniería con procesos internos de revisión de proyectos.
**Lo que buscamos**:
**Requerido**
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Electrónica, Eléctrica o Electromecánica.
- De 2 a 4 años de experiência en actividades de diseño de construcción, seguridad, circuito cerrado de televisión y alarma contra incendios y automatización de edificios
- Conocimientos intermedios en sistemas de seguridad electrónica como control de acceso, video, intrusión, alarma contra incendios, automatización de edificios.
- Conocimiento intermedio en AutoCAD.
- Debe ser capaz de cumplir con los plazos manteniendo una actitud positiva.
- Habilidades de comunicación efectivas y profesionales, incluida la capacidad de comunicarse de manera efectiva con clientes y compañeros internos/externos.
- Nível comercial general en inglés (B1 y superior)
- Voluntad y capacidad para aprender Fire Alarm, Security, CCTV, BMS código de diseño de sistemas y equipos.
**Preferido**
- Experiência con NFPA 70 (NEC), NFPA 72 (Código Nacional de Alarmas contra Incendios) y NFPA 101 (Código de Seguridad Humana).
- Experiência con automatización industrial y/o automatización de edificios y sus protocolos de comunicación.
- Experiência con sistema de automatización de edificio incluyendo Metasys, Honeywell, Trane, Smartstructure, etc.
- Intermediate knowledge of low voltage electrical system schematics and diagrams
- Certifacion
- Brand certification is a significant plus (SoftwareHouse, Kantech, Lenel, ExacqVision, ProWatch, Simplex, Honeywell Fire Alarm, etc.)
