Description

**WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH**
- Ensure cash receipts are applied correctly and connect with various team members to obtain remittances, if needed
- Timely review and resolution of unapplied cash
- Perform daily review of bank transactions to ensure all incoming cash has been recorded in the accounting system
- Approve supplier payments within the bank
- Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure all cash transactions are recorded in the accounting system and that the ending bank balance agrees to the ending GL balance
- Additional projects and tasks that impact the accounting department

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

**_ Your Experience & Education (required)_**
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
**_ Your Experience & Education (preferred)_**
- 1+ year Accounting experience in Cash (including internships)
- College level accounting course work or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting

**_ Your Additional Skills and Abilities_**
- Strong organizational skills
- High attention to detail and level of accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collectively with others, both internally and externally
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to handle high volume of work efficiently with mínimal supervision
