The GBS Consumer Master Data Management (MDM) Supervisor is responsible for coaching and leading a group of 15+ FTEs serving the US and Canada regions.
This position is also responsible for partnering with the Business Units and Technology teams to drive a culture of innovation and achieving the Key Operational and Financial Indicators' targets; while maintaining high-level consumer satisfaction.
**What you'll do**
- To lead Consumer MDM (Back Office) activities based on a hybrid workforce (human and digital).
- Leverage AI/Machine Learning, Automation, Google NLP, and other spearhead technologies and a strict operational cadence (COMPASS) to deliver a cost-effective, frictionless service delivery.
**What experience you need**
- Two years of experience as a Supervisor in Shared Services/BPO Operations at multinational companies.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- B2 English level.

- Equifax GBS Step-Up Certificate: Supervisor Track
- Experience as a People Manager.
- University Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) by DAMA International
- UiPath Studio X Certification
- Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate - SFPC
