**Crédito Real USA Finance** is one of the nation's top automobile loan providers and we are searching for a seasoned **System Adm. Support **in Costa Rica (remote).
**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of work experience
- Ability to detect and handle fundamental tech problems through problem-solving.
- Illustrate willingness to learn and ability to multitask.
- Have a keen eye for detail and ability to follow through.
- In a fast-paced professional environment, the capacity to be flexible and arrange goals while keeping a high degree of focus.
- Competence to keep and restrict information to need to know and work with chain of command.
- Accounting knowledge is a plus, although basic business or financial principals are required.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Offset day-to-day minutia, answering support calls.
- Stations setup and rearrangements.
- Replacing headsets, keyboards, mice, and monitors.
- Resetting user accounts.
- Migrating users to new and between accounts.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of all technical information.
- Update the technical support lead with daily status updates.
- Recognize and escalate problems that require immediate attention.
- Work with internal stakeholders.
- Rotation support.
**Education and experience**
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
**Pay**: $2,500 -$3,000/month based on experience
