We are looking for our next:
**Digital Strategist**

Location: Cartago, Costa Rica, reporting to the Marketing Director.
Your Mission

Integrates digital assets, raising brand awareness, collaborating on marketing campaigns, leading digital activation projects, and measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of digital channels.
Your main responsibilities and tasks:

- Create and implement integrated and cost-effective digital strategies.
- Research the latest digital tools and interactive trends.
- Optimize SEO.
- Drive value for the organization, by generating business results from digital assets.
- Analyze digital campaigns, customer and user data, generating reports.
- Engage with customers, sales teams, and leaders.
- Define and lead digital events.
- Create and implement strategies that make online transactions possible.

Required Education and Professional Experience:

- University Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or Business Administration
- English proficiency (fluent)
- Understanding of web analytics.
- Possess broad knowledge of best digital practices
- Web-savvy, fully skilled in Google Analytics, Social Platforms as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Expertise on digital world, e-Commerce business
- Solid experience in a fast-paced industry
- Outstanding abilities in planning, strategy, and communication.
