**Sr. Service Delivery Specialist**.
This exciting new role would be part of a culture that is helping to improve lives every day through digital dentistry.
The
** Sr. Service Delivery Specialist **should perform non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity, which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
This role will be part of Align Technology goal to deliver the next generation of clear aligners (Invisalign) to our customers.

**In this role, you will**
- Manage stakeholders: generate reports on project progress as well as problems and solutions.
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
- Report and escalate to senior management as needed.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Define tasks and required resources.
- Allocate project resources.
- Service Portfolio Management for the Customer Success organization
- Ensure Operational SLAs and target KPIs are identified and consistently met
- Identify improvement opportunities and engage other teams to implement solutions
- Act as the main point of contact with the Customer Engagement teams
- Coordinate operational MBRs, QBRs, Executive Summaries and any other communication needed
- Act as the main point of contact for the Commercial team and Customer Engagement when urgent support is required from the Escalation Team
- Any other action required related to the position
**In this role, you'll need **
- Bachelor's degree or a master's degree from a four-year college or university.
- 6-10 years of directly related experience.
- Proficiency in English.
- Fluency in other languages.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proactive, creative and assertive
- Leadership skills.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
- Agile.
- SCRUM.
- ITIL.
