Como Técnico de Ingeniería de Manufactura IV, apoyarás el desarrollo e implementación de procesos y métodos de manufactura óptimos y rentables de acuerdo con las especificaciones del producto y los estándares de calidad; recomendarás e implementarás mejoras en los procesos de producción, métodos y controles; apoyarás las actividades relacionadas con la instalación y validación de líneas de producción, así como la gestión del ciclo de vida del equipo.Lo Que HarásApoyo diario a las actividades de manufactura para cumplir con los objetivos establecidos de seguridad, calidad, costo y producción.Mantener sistemas que apoyen el monitoreo de indicadores clave de rendimiento como rendimiento, por operadores, Pareto de rechazos, etc.
Si los indicadores muestran una tendencia adversa, trabajarás con el equipo funcional para planificar e implementar los cambios apropiados.Apoyar el análisis y los planes de mejora de rendimiento/productividad.Analizar material defectuoso para identificar la causa probable.Apoyar en la realización de actividades de instalación/validación para nuevas o existentes líneas de producción, cumpliendo con los requisitos regulatorios.Apoyar el proceso de compra de equipos/accesorios según los requisitos de producción.Mantener el equipo operativo coordinando la calibración, mantenimiento y servicios de reparación; siguiendo las instrucciones del fabricante y los procedimientos establecidos; solicitando servicio especial cuando sea necesario.Ser capaz de interpretar los requisitos y especificaciones del producto.Entender los riesgos potenciales relacionados con fallos del producto.Tener criterios claros de producto conforme/no conforme.Apoyar el proceso de capacitación de DL.Participar en la identificación e investigación de productos no conformes.
Apoyar la identificación de la causa raíz.RequisitosEstudiante universitario en campos de Ingeniería Técnica como: Electrónica, Eléctrica, Mecatrónica, Electromecánica, Electromedicina o afines.
Mínimo 30% de los créditos aprobados.Bachillerato en secundaria.Más de 4 años de experiencia en roles similares, conocimiento en procesos de manufactura.Capacidad para realizar análisis de datos y recopilación de datos en Excel u otro software.Conocimiento sólido de software de computadora (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point).Nivel básico de inglés / Requerido.Requisitos preferiblesFormación como técnico en Electrónica, Eléctrica, Electromecánica o afín.Más de 5 años en un entorno de Manufactura de Dispositivos Médicos o similar.Capacidad para apoyar investigaciones utilizando metodologías de resolución de problemas de causa raíz.Conocimiento de regulaciones asociadas a manufactura de dispositivos médicos (FDA, GMP e ISO).Experiencia en ejecución de cambios de procedimiento.
