Arkose Labs is looking for a Security Solutions Architect to join our growing team.
You will be an integral part of our Customer Success organization, responsible for driving the onboarding and adoption of Arkose security solutions in our customer base.
You enjoy technical details and can implement changes, but can also communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational needs.
You love customer interactions and ongoing improvement and proactively look for ways to constantly improve.

You can put yourself in our customers' shoes and identify ways to improve our customer experience when engaging with the end-to-end onboarding process.
**Responsibilities**
- Work independently to analyze, detect and understand attackers across multiple customers
- Convert analysis results into rich insight into the overall attack landscape
- Develop and coordinate strategies to combat known attackers
- Produce reports about current attackers to key business stakeholders
- Liaise with Product to define requirements for future attack mitigation features.
- Provide recommendations to customers to improve security and attack responsiveness
- Investigate attacker discussion forums for novel attack vectors

**Must Have**
- Have 3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, another related technical field or its equivalent
- Significant SQL experience, preferably around analyzing big data datasets
- A proven analytical and problem-solving mindset; ability to translate ambiguous and complex information into actionable insights
- Strong technical understanding and investigative capabilities in HTTP protocols and web traffic
- Be fluent in English
- Have experience working with programming languages such as NodeJS, Python, Golang and JavaScript.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate highly technical information in a concise manner

**Nice to Have**
- Python/Golang Development experience
- Data Visualization experience
- An intuitive understanding of Game Theory principles
