I. Resumen de la posición:
Es responsable de buscar las mejores alternativas de transportes para las diferentes solicitudes de los clientes en tiempo, precio y calidad, dando el seguimiento correspondiente a las solicitudes presentadas.
I. Principales tareas y responsabilidades:
- Elaboración y control de cotizaciones para la región de Latinoamerica.
- Negociación de tarifas buscando mejores opciones en costo, servicio, tiempo de tránsito con diferentes proveedores.
- Mantener una buena comunicación con el cliente.
- Asesoría en Pricing a clientes internos y externos.
- Elaboración de Licitaciones.
- Elaboración de reportes mensuales o semanales solicitados por la Gerencia para un seguimiento adecuado de las metas.
- Soporte en la solución de problemas de los clientes potenciales o existentes relacionados a tarifas, tiempos de tránsito, rutas o transportistas.
- Cumplir con los tiempos de respuesta de las cotizaciones
- Colaborar con el cumplimiento de las metas establecidas por la corporación.
- Realizar la coordinación de prioridades del departamento.

Educación: Bachillerato Universitario o Licenciatura en carrera a fin.
III.
Formación: Manejo de paquetes office Inglés Avanzado Excel Avanzado Conocimiento en consolidación de carga aérea y marítima Conocimiento básico en sistemas de gestión Cconocimiento en Pricing
IV.
Habilidades: Responsabilidad Comunicación efectiva con los clientes internos y externos Trabajo en equipo Creativo, innovador y proactivo Capacidad de planificar y organizar Sentido de urgencia Alto sentido de ética Habilidad para la búsqueda de información Relaciones inter personales Capacidad de toma de decisions Trabajo bajo presión Buen servicio al cliente Habilidades de negociación Capacidad de análisis Genera y cultiva relaciones con los clientes V. Experiência: 4-5 años
