Es la persona encargada de inspirar al personal para que todos, en conjunto,entreguen la mejor experiência de hospitalidad y servicio al huésped mediante los valores y los comportamientos de servicio de la marca.Vela por que todos cumplan las metas y además reconozcan a nuestros huéspedes mediante el programa de IHG One Rewards, dando seguimiento de encuestas, solicitudes y requerimientos de huéspedes.
Realizar gerencias de turno para cumplir con la correcta operación del hotel (limpieza, estándares de calidad, cultura de servicio) y resolución de problemas de huéspedes y colaboradores.
Requisitos del Puesto

Educación: Bachiller Universitario en Administración Hotelera o Turismo.
Paquete de Office y sistemas hoteleros.
Experiência: 1 a 2 años.
Idioma: Inglés (80% - 90% oral y escrito).
