About the Role

Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Compile and analyze information to prepare journal entries in compliance with GAAP- Perform month-end ledger account reconciliations; investigate and resolve variances in ledger accounts- Actively involved in the financial close process-with an emphasis in fixed assets accounting-including maintaining fixed assets subledger, fixed assets disposition, preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analyses and reporting- Partner closely with various business units such as Purchasing team and Facilities team to review, analyze, and develop processes to support fixed assets accounting- Process operational transactions for business accruals, bank reconciliation, prepaid expenses, and leases- Collaborate with various departments, including Treasury, FP&A, Payroll, Accounts Payable teams, and business partners for proper recording of transactions- Support SOX compliance efforts and assist in improvement of control procedures- Assist with audits, including preparing work papers for the auditors and analyzing data- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance- Drive process improvement, build efficiencies, and innovate- Work to form positive relationships with internal customers and external vendors- Active participant in delivering on accounting and organization goals
