**The Position**
Travelopia is looking for an individual that will be central to continually improving and enhancing Salesforce platforms for our North American brands
You will work with our team to collaborate on specifications based on stakeholder requirements, validate the proposals, and deliver the solutions, keeping the wider organization's best interests in mind when working on the specified requirements.
You will be supporting both TCS World Travel and Quark Expeditions businesses.
**What you will be doing**:
- Dive into hands-on configuration tasks, molding Salesforce features to fit our evolving needs.
From user management to security settings, you'll craft custom solutions that optimize our CRM system.
- Get creative in solving common challenges like data mapping and page layout design within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Your innovative solutions will enhance user experience and efficiency.
- Take charge of deploying work items, ensuring seamless transitions and thorough testing.
You'll also handle user support requests and administrative needs, ensuring our Salesforce CRM runs well.
- Provide day-to-day end user support and assist users to troubleshoot issues and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.
- Document and evaluate issue patterns to plan and recommend process and system improvements.
- Build reports and dashboards as requested by the business as needed.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
**What we are looking for**:
- Must have Salesforce Administrator Certificate.
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator preferred.
- BA/BS degree in IT or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning App Builder.
- Experience with data migrations and integrations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment
- A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and designing solutions with best practices front of mind including creating technical documentation around all solutions
- Active in the Salesforce community
