Serás responsable de liderar el desarrollo estratégico y asegurar el performance de la categoría de Dressings y las marcas Continental, Maizena y Lizano para la región de Caribe y Centro América.
**Ubicación**: Heredia, Costa Rica

**¿Qué harías?
**
- Definirás el plan de crecimiento estratégico a largo plazo de las categorías y marcas bajo su responsabilidad
- Desarrollarás mixes de innovación basado en generación de insights potentes
- Desarrollarás mixes de packaging, piezas de comunicación, estrategia de medios y estrategia de precio
- Serás responsable de la renovación / ampliación de portafolio
- Tendrás la responsabilidad por el manejo integral del P&L y desarrollo comercial en línea con los objetivos de las marcas y categorías bajo responsabilidad
- Te encargarás del desarrollo de las plataformas y campañas digitales de la división de alimentos en CARICAM
- Liderarás a un equipo de 5 personas (2 reportes directos)
- Tendrás interacción con los equipos de marketing local y áreas multifuncionales para asegurar alineación estratégica y localización de proyectos y actividades de marketing
- Serás quien lidere e integre a las agencias (Marca, Medios, Packaging, PR) en la creación y ejecución de campañas de soporte al fortalecimiento de las marcas y/o planes de lanzamiento de innovación

**¿Qué necesitas para aplicar a la vacante?
**
- Profesional en Licenciatura en Mercadeo, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería en Negocios o carreras afines
- Experiência de 5 años en marketing, gestión de marcas, manejo de agencias y control de presupuesto
- Manejo avanzado de paquete Microsoft Office
- Manejo avanzado del idioma inglés
