About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Data Analyst to join our Data, Measurement & Growth team in Revenue Operations, Insights and Innovation.
The role will be in close collaboration with the Enterprise Data Analytics, Global Revenue Insights, Insight & Innovation Strategy, Business Technology, and Business Intelligence teams on various work streams related to data management, measurement, reporting, and statistical testing / experimentation.
The role will be responsible for understanding and managing data, measurement excellence and reporting methodology for operational excellence, analysis, leadership visibility, and support for ad hoc data requests.
The Analyst also identifies and analyzes current gaps in data requirements to ensure ongoing program visibility and support effective leadership decision making.

El puesto estará en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de análisis de datos empresariales, insights de ingresos globales, estrategia de insight e innovación, tecnología de negocios e inteligencia de negocios, en diversas corrientes de trabajo relacionadas con la gestión de datos, la medición, la generación de informes y las pruebas o experimentaciones estadísticas.
Esta función tiene la responsabilidad de comprender y gestionar los datos, medir la excelencia y generar informes de metodología que impulsen la excelencia operativa, el análisis, la visibilidad del liderazgo y la ayuda para solicitudes de datos ad hoc.
El analista también identifica y analiza las brechas actuales en los requisitos de datos para garantizar la visibilidad continua del programa y respaldar la toma de decisiones de liderazgo efectivas.
About You

Basic Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience using scripting languages such as SQL.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience working with BI tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
- 2+ years of work experience in sales operations.

Other Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Analytics,
- Solid understanding of the technologies used in a B2B tech stack, including CRM tools, related Analytics tools, ETL process, and Data Warehouse.
- Solid understanding of Python is a plus.
- Basic understanding of statistical testing methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to effectively prioritize work, meet deadlines and work on multiple tasks independently.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and project management skills.
- Excellent analytical/troubleshooting skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, efficient and process-oriented.
