**Job Description**:
Goal of the position:
This position is part of global Design Operations team oriented on executing activities related to creation/changes of artworks pre-printed by external suppliers.
Day to day tasks requires understanding of artworks data management, standard procedures and execution performed according to agreed SLA.
Includes collaboration with internal clients from other 3M entities from all around the world to deliver compliant artwork on time in full.
Duties and responsibilities:

- Gaining knowledge about design, coordination of work related to the creation/changes of artworks pre-printed by external suppliers, procedures, responsibilities, policies and systems
- Execute and coordinate tasks related to the design and implementation of artworks pre-printed by external suppliers.
- Making sure all requests are handled through established processes, standard work and related systems (ITSM, BLUE/PASARA, AMP, PLM)
- Validation of received data
- Assign task owners/approvers within system and ensure work is approved, within indicated timing
- Cooperation with the assigned Division, Data Providers/Approvers and Clients (Marketing/Business, Packaging Solutions, Product Stewardship, Division Leaders, Plants, Requestors, Regulatory/Technical Affairs, Customer Service, Legal, R&D, Quality, etc.)
- Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets (i.e.
ticket resolution and taking actions under the team's control and responsibility).
- Update request status and actions up to date to reflect metrics or dashboards and to avoid data corruption.
- Understand all supporting systems (MICAW, Enovia/PLM, SAP, ITSM, BLUE/PASARA, AMP, itp.)
- Work with system admin for any system needs or enhancements
- Identification of opportunities to improve data quality, process efficiency or reduce cycle time
- Responsible for escalation of issues as needed
- Adhere to global brand guidelines
- Cooperation with external agencies and technical support in creating artworks and suppliers who finally manufactures the packaging
- Prepares accurate estimates of costs, milestones, timelines and resources prior to initiating projects
- Monitors PO & invoices for accuracy
- Monitors activities of the agency to meet expectations.
- Develops working knowledge of brand and 3M guidelines and ensures accurate implementation in each design.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor
- Adhere to ISO and QMS standards in daily work

Education and experience:

- A Bachelor level or higher university degree
- Specifically, a Bachelor of Science or equivalent in design, design research or art management education is preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience as a data analyst
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with field mapping and data entry
- General IT Analyst and/or business analyst experience and a willingness to grow and learn in an enterprise environment.
Extra desired skills with specific tools:

- Experience with Excel Power Query, SQL and/or PowerBI data analysis and reporting
