**About the Role**:
Works cross-functionally to coordinate and organize the process development activities ensures efficient and effective transfer of product into production.
**Your Responsibilities Include**:

- Coordinates the functional deliverables associated with a PDP/TDP, Project Management, and Quality Systems.
- Serves as a key resource or expert, participating in setting technical direction for the function and/or organization, combining it with people leadership skills.
- Ensures visibility and closure of process issues (e.g., yields, cost, capability, etc.)
per PDP milestones.
- Evaluates external potential new technologies and strategically identifies opportunities to implement them internally.
- Serves as a key contributor and reviewer in technical reviews.
- Provides on-going mentoring and guidance to managers technical experts, engineers, technicians, and functional groups.
- Supervise technicians and engineers.
- May serve as a representative or liaison to other BSC sites or external organizations, boards or committees.
**What We're Looking For**:

- Licenciature degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, related fields or equivalent experience.
- English Level desired: C1:(90-94%).
- Desired knowledge: Statistical skills, Lean manufacturing, PDP/TDP, Project Management and Quality Systems, Process Validations deliverables, understanding of mechanical design and material interactions.
- At least 6 years of experience in process development or process improvement roles, with proven technical project planning and execution skills.
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
