** Your Role **:Specialist works providing operational support along with clerical tasks that aid the business operations.
** Your Responsibilities**:
+ Learn how to develop the processes into the company system, properly.
- + Attend to training.
- + Provide customer service either by telephone or electronically.
- + Good communications skills.
- + Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process handled.
- + Achieve productivity and quality.
**The schedules we offer**:
Monday to Friday 7:45am - 4:45pm (Off Saturday and Sunday)
Monday to Friday 6:00am -3:00pm (Off Saturday and Sunday)
Tuesday to Saturday 7:45am - 4:45pm (Off Sunday and Monday)

**Your Skills and Experiences**:
+ High school diploma.
- + Intermediate English level - written and oral.
- + Intermediate Excel level.
- + Typing skills (25wpm).
- + Able to do overtime and/or work on holidays.
- + Team Player.
