About the Role

We are looking for a creative and outgoing COMMUNITY MANAGER & DIGITAL DESIGNER who will communicate our vision of a world without boundaries to our audience across social networks and via written and visual content.
We are looking for a person who enjoys being in contact with the Expats community and loves to create visual content and drive metrics.
You will be responsible for interacting with our community on social media and creating written and visual content to tell the story of our brands and our clients.
You will be expected to monitor and respond to comments and direct messages on social media and our websites.
You will be required to monitor our community/audience on social media looking for trends and topics to cover, as well as sharing content and interacting in groups.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Digital Graphic Design_
- Create communication concepts or messages to meet the established objectives of the company.
- Create content for social networks, websites, mobile and different emerging digital platforms.
- Create communication material to integrate visual elements and message for different projects.
- Community Manager_
- Publish content on social networks according to the established schedule.
- Update the company's profiles in the different social networks to attract a greater number of people and meet the proposed objectives.
- Interact and build relationships with our online community and respond to comments, requests and direct messages promptly through the following current channels: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google My Business and website, and any other developed.
- Timely and effective social media tracking and response to satisfy fan and audience inquiries.
- Deliver weekly reports with metrics showing the results obtained according to the proposed goals, allowing to take appropriate actions.
- Coverage of events to create content and publish it on social networks.
- Monitor competitors to identify strategies being executed and make timely decisions.
- Monitor trends and topics discussed by our community/audience and develop useful content to share with them.
- Developing social media activities aligned to the communication strategy to gain and attract more fan engagement, keep pages active and expand our audience.
- Ensure that the information provided is accurate by confirming with the service teams staff.
Liaise with other departments to stay abreast of current news.
- Collect questions and answers in our Knowledge Base for future cases.

- Professional graduate Advertising
- Written English level C1 (ideally Native Speaker)
- 2 years of experience as Community Manager
