Should have at least 3 years of solid experience in accounting entries and reconciliations, month end and other defined deadlines.
Roofing and home renovations industry is a plus but not required.
In depth understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, audits and financial.
Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees.
Discipline to work efficiently as a remote team member.
Dependable electricity with a back up available.
Work hours will be EST, Maryland Time.
Fluent communication skills is a must, both written and verbal.
Fast, reliable internet is a must.
Ability to commute/relocate:

- san jose, sj, cr, Provincia de San José: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:
