**Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)**

As our Production Supervisor, you will be responsible to provide assistance to the manufacturing floor.
**What you will be doing**:
The Production Supervisor is the responsible to comply with the production standards, ensuring product quality and process flow.
Amongst its duties are:

- Ensure that the operators have everything necessary to produce, line clearances are adequate, that the materials are properly identified, that the equipment is up to date on its calibration and preventive maintenance date.
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel and resources and comply with production key performance indicators.
- Ensure that the product contains all batch traceability information and that is being manufactured under the established standards, thus minimizing reprocessing.
- Ensure that all applicable ESD (electrostatic discharge) controls are performed.
- Review the Device Master Record daily, to ensure it is complete and up to date.
Maintain appropriate label reconciliation.
- Watch over the well-being of the staff, taking with them an open communication relationship where ideas and disagreements are exposed in the best way to avoid friction or misunderstanding.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment.
- Thinks critically to improve production efficiency.
- Supports CAPA, NCRs and provides feedback for pFMEA activities
- May draft or review product documentation including manufacturing work instructions, drawings, proposals, and technical reports.
**What we expect from you**:
English - Intermediate level both conversational and written.
Able to plan & supervise workload for up to 3 (three) production leaders and up to 50 operators.
