We're looking for an** Application UX Designer** to join our growing team here at FusionHit.
FusionHit is a Costa Rican Company with clients located throughout the US.
This person will work with an existing client on a new greenfield security project.
We're looking for experience with B2C browser-based apps (eg.
PWA, SaaS, and/or browser-extensions) and familiarity with a prototype-first process to lock in the right UX flows before backend development begins.
**Desired Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, psychology, human factors, social sciences or related field or 5 years of User Experience work experience required.
- Familiarity with typical UX tools.
This company uses Adobe XD but are open to experience with similar technologies for wireframing and design.
- Strong communication, organization, time management and interpersonal skills.
- High level of creativity
- Familiarity or basic understating of web-based technologies.
- Experience with wireframing / prototyping software.
- Experience in conducting end user research and interviews.
- An understanding of common information architecture and interaction design methods
- Familiarity with creating or working on pattern libraries, style guides, or design systems, especially with a focus on accessibility and inclusive design
- Experience designing and conducting user research activities (e.g.
surveys, interviews, tests, observation), and evaluating results to create actionable insights
