Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer working closely with a JLL client account team, you will be required to
understand the strategy, audience, and objectives behind complex design projects and provide
appropriate solutions with guidance from JLL client communications team.
You will work with a variety of team contributors including communication leads and various levels of management to create graphics that capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message.
A creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into the design are essential for this role.
You will be responsible for designing customized PowerPoint presentations, brochures, and other graphic assets.
This role will be to support the creation of visually compelling content that effectively communicates

What is your day to day?
Create and maintain high-quality visual content, following the client's brand guide lines, in both digital and print communications, including, but not limited to brochures, flyers, infographics, creative presentations, pitch decks, signage/posters, and research reports.
Must have a superior understanding of the fundamental concepts of graphic design principles.
Gather all relevant facts for each project and ensure that all deliverables communicate the correct information.
Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes communication leads, art directors, and design managers in order to create compelling designs
Translate information about the business and stakeholders into designs that are visually enticing, easy to understand, and emotionally impactful.
Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.
You have the ability to work independently and under deadline pressure on several projects Simultaneously
The ability to receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders in your design work.
You have a team-oriented attitude and the ability to contribute to design
- and functionality related marketing decisions

Ability to work on various Real Estate related deliverables like 2D Maps, Site plans, Floor plans, Building Illustrations, and property brochures/flyers.
Desired experience and technical skills
Bachelor's degree in visual communications, graphic design or an art school with a significant equivalent experience.
Having a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
You have strong creative vision and visual arts skills with an established portfolio of business-to-business print and digital marketing collateral
A high level of proficiency using Adobe Suite including InDesign Interactive, Illustrator, and
Photoshop along with a good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain design decisions in words and writing.
An appreciation for and awareness of emerging design trends in print and digital.
Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
Experience in working in Commercial Real Estate will be an added advantage
You have the ability to study industry trends in visual communications and develop creative, innovative ideas to meet JLL's aggressive business and deal completion goals
