**Job Description**:
This position is for a seasoned professional who has extensive experience working on "batch" consumer-related credit bureau projects involving prescreen, account review, and archive related products and processes.
Responsibilities will include coordinating day-to-day operations, administering company policies and procedures, assigning and monitoring work throughput, and providing technical and product guidance.
To be successful, this individual must establish a high level of trust and partnership with subordinates, peers, and leaders across multiple business units to drive client engagement and promote internal synergy.
Must be able to effectively lead and continually develop staff to meet or exceed established departmental goals.
**What you´ll do**:

- Coordinate day-to-day operations and administering company policies and procedures through subordinate staff.
Includes assigning work, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, training, directing efforts and providing technical guidance on complex issues.
May act as individual contributor for some areas of responsibility.
- Provide input on personnel actions (e.g., staffing, terminations, objective setting, performance and salary reviews, disciplinary actions, and scheduling).
- Monitor team operations to ensure client products and services are delivered with high quality and in a timely fashion.
- Provide technical consultation and process guidance, analytical support, and interpretation of company policies and procedures to team members.
- Understand Federal Credit Reporting Act requirements and how it impacts policies and procedures, workflow, and systems.
- Develop staff through coaching, mentoring, and stretch assignments.
- Lead team in meeting department goals and in integrating new department processes and procedures.
- May lead special internal or cross business unit initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
**What your background looks like**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years related credit bureau experience.
- Proven ability to effectively lead a project team or special initiative.
- Strong knowledge of systems capabilities, software platforms and processes.
- Extensive knowledge of database management concepts and principles.
- Strong knowledge of PC office software and segmentation tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Clear understanding of FCRA laws, regulations, and related acts.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Prescreen, Account Review, Archive, Firm Offer of Credit, Portfolio Scoring, Credit Attributes, Batch Credit Processing, Model Validation.
