**Job Description**:
Corporate FP&A is seeking a strong Financial Analyst Senior to support region-wide planning and reporting functions.
This role will collaborate with finance teams across the North America region to improve and streamline planning and reporting functions through standardization of common functions.
The initial focus will be on labor cost planning and analysis.
This position will provide opportunities to work closely with Finance teams across all North America businesses and support business unit specific analysis as well as region-wide initiatives to improve planning and reporting capabilities.
This position will be a key role in a growing team and will provide additional opportunities for growth for the right individual.
**Qualifications**:

- Prepare monthly management reports and support ad hoc requests for revenue/cost reporting and analysis.
- Drive standardization and create efficiencies across financial reporting and analysis models.
- Prepare in-depth analysis on drivers of labor and headcount movements and research variances across source systems.
- Analyze and interpret operating results and investigate variances.
- Drive continuous improvements in forecast accuracy, process efficiencies, and system automations.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
- Create and maintain desktop procedure documents for routine processes.
