This position is created to manage and resolve any inquiry in regards of past due invoices, disputes, update accounts and/or any other special needs vendors and branches might have.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Read, analyze and enter data of all vendor documents into HWL systemsReview invoices for payment by comparing estimated costs in the operational systems versus the actual amount on the invoicesForward invoices with missing or wrong reference number to the vendor for follow-upForward invoices with discrepancies, between estimated costs and actual amount for branches offices to approve or disputesMeet quality goals and metrics defined by the management teamFollow processes defined by the management teamReceive, review and analyze statements of accounts to provide invoice status to the vendorsCommunicate and follow up with vendors on missing invoices, invoices with missing reference number and wrong billingFollow up on disputes and ensures their complete resolutionMaintain excel spreadsheets with account details on a monthly basisSubmit vendor requests to MDM for updating the vendor profile or set up new vendor accountsDownload, prepare and process CASS paymentsAdditional tasks as assigned by the SupervisorSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position does not supervise any direct reports.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High School DiplomaAt least one year of related experience requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and SpanishExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailKnowledge of general financial accounting and cost accountingProficient with Microsoft OfficeKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTESSelf-confident, creative, innovativeCan work at all levels of the organization Can make something complex easy to understand Can move from strategic to detailed focus easily Willing to help; looks for solutions; coaches others in finding their own solutionsValues each person no matter their position, empatheticTeam oriented.
