**Purpose of Job**:
Web Developer III is responsible for supporting the existing infrastructure as well as developing new technologies.
With at least 4 years of experience, the Web Developer III helps with design tasks, mentors Junior Web Developers and provides solutions to the most complex problems during development.
**Essential Job Functions and Performance Standards**:

Design and implement user-driven templates, databases, and interfaces.

Develop database-driven Web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing.
5.
Develop Web portals allowing users to input and retrieve accurate information.
7.
Provides mentoring to other developers, shares lessons learned from other projects.
8.
Uses best practices to complete tasks and helps other Web Developers improve their code by sharing information and completing code reviews.

**Education**:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent with work experience and training
**Licenses/Certificates**:
None required but are a plus.
**Experience**:
- 4+ years of experience as a Web Developer
- Proven experience with the LAMP development stack
- Proven experience and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript technologies
- Experience with RDBMS and ORM
- DVCS experience within a team environment
- Experience with MVC Frameworks, Laravel experience preferred.
- UI / UX design experience preferred.
