About the department
Global IT takes care of everything from supporting phones and computers to engaging into large business development projects for all parts of the Coloplast organization.
We support our colleagues and cooperate with them on how to make the best technology decisions.

Global Client is a part of Global IT and operates out of our offices in Poland and Denmark.
About the job
**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in management and support of our hand scanner fleet: Standardize OS versions supported & upgrades, locking them down etc.
using our MDM tool (SOTI)
- Participate in managing our print solutions
- 3rd level support and troubleshooting of Windows OS cases and management of this (GPO, MEMCM/SCCM/Intune + PowerShell)
- Build software packages for general deployment based on requests and applicable processes
- Lifecycle management of existing software packages in software catalogue
- Facilitate mass deployment and other tasks on PC clients typically initiated through Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MEMCM/SCCM)
- Provide input for the creation of roadmaps for the area of responsibility
- Take a coordination role in the delivery of projects/activities extending or enhancing the client technology area that may also require onsite presence.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience working with administration of and software deployment to MS Windows clients in a larger organization
- Practical experience and understanding of the following technologies: MEMCM, AD, group policies, DHCP, Network and scripting (e.g., PowerShell), or similar tools
- Fluently in English, spoken and written
- The ability to communicate (orally and in writing) very technical material to non-IT staff
- Expert Technical IT skills (e.g.
OS, network, server)
