**Job Description**:

We use state-of-the-art techniques for financial analysis, planning, accounting, reporting and performance evaluation.

**Position Overview**

The responsibility of delivering standardized, global financial processes across all finance workstreams (Source-to-Settle, Order to Cash, Account to Report, Financial Planning & Analysis) reside with the Global Business Solutions (GBS) organization.
The Finance Data & Analytics, which are also part of the GBS organization, are responsible for the analytics solutions development of the financial processes globally.
- Within the GBS organization the Finance Data & Analytics Sr.
Specialist plays a critical role to develop a solid analytics models of key Finance processes while also building strong network with key stakeholders.
The position serves as a primary contact of multiple finance functional teams/divisions (e.g.
GHH, MMD) other key stakeholders.
**Main Responsibilities**

Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Counsel stakeholders on business problems and the data needed to support solutions
- Identify data sources and data transformations required to make the data 'fit-for-purpose' to solve the current and future business problems
- Collaborate with the broader Finance Data& Analytics team to model data and design structures and processes needed to deliver the solutions
- Complete extensive data analysis and evaluation of the business process(es) which give rise to the creation of the data sources
- Develop solutions using technology components in the architecture (AWS S3, AWS Redshift, Matillion, Microsoft Power BI, Tibo EBX)
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests driven by the business

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelors or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Information Systems, Computer Science/MIS, Finance/Accounting, Engineering, Science.
- Minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience with financial reporting, planning & analysis.
- Fluency in English required
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and master data.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn new skills, self-motivated, not afraid to challenge the status quo

**Technical Skills Requirements**
- Proficiency in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
- Data Modeling/Engineering
- Working Knowledge of SQL
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Ability to interpret data through statistical methods and data visualizations.
- Understanding of Database Design
- AWS S3, AWS Redshift, Matillion, Tibco EBX
