Job summary:
This position handles problems which typically require identifying solutions by selecting from alternative courses of action.
Provides guidance to co-workers or new employees mainly on routine supporting duties.
Follows a variety of generally defined procedures within procurement areas such as raw materials, supplies, equipment, services, process/transactional, etc.
Generally, assignments are made up of a series of activities.
The scope for discretion requires judgment to handle a variety of activities, conditions, processes, or operations.
Sets own work priorities in cooperation with the manager/supervisor.
It is expected to offer suggestions for improvement to methods and processes.
Main Responsibilities:

- Responsible follow up on different procurement processes.
- Provides guidance or training to co-workers.
- On time and on quality delivery of Sourcing/Procurement Operations.
- Meet KPIs, and internal metrics.
- Understand Company's Principles and Procedures.
- Handles problems which require identifying some solutions, selecting from alternative courses of action, with greater adaptation to circumstances as necessary.
Most complex problem solving may require gathering facts, analyzing the information, and determining the appropriate solution from multiple options.
- Coordinates shipping schedules and delivery.
- Updates pricing, delivery information, and databases as needed.
- Tracks and summarizes data on supplier performance.
- May handle processing of supplier invoices.
- Primary contacts are typically internal and, on a co-worker, or professional level.
- Interaction is focused on answering routine and non-routine questions.
Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor High school/Technical/Vocational degree level or 1-2 years of University/College Education.
- Intermediate/Advanced English skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Team Player.
- 1+ years of experience working in similar roles.
- SAP ERP MM/FI experience.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Macros experience.
- SAP Scripting.
