Costa Rica Project Delivery Regional Lead

The Global Process & Stakeholder Management (GPSM) function within Finance Risk Shared Services (FRSS) is responsible for partnering with the Global Process Owners in Finance to transform the end-to-end Global Operating Model for all Financial Books and Records processes, platforms, and results.
The FRSS Project Delivery team, which is part of the GPSM organization, is a global team with a footprint in Manila, Mumbai, Costa Rica and North America, in charge of leading and executing the implementation of Finance & Risk strategic solutions in alignment with the Consent Order and Finance Transformation efforts for Citi.
As a senior position within the FRSS Project Delivery team, the **Costa Rica Project Delivery Center Lead & Global Common Services Lead** will be part of a strategic and global team dedicated to implementing initiatives for Consent Order and Finance Transformation efforts, included but not limited to the Full Suite Implementation and the new Strategic Ledger Implementation.
The **Costa Rica Project Delivery Regional Lead **will be responsible for acting as the escalation point of contact in Costa Rica for our key stakeholders and partners both, within FRSS and outside FRSS.
This senior position will act as the delegate to the global lead for Project Delivery located in Costa Rica, for all core responsibilities of the global function.
The regional role is critical to ensure there is a local time zone presence given the core partners in FRSS centers in Costa Rica, in addition to the Business Operations and Regional Controller partners located in APAC time zone and EMEA where applicable.
In addition to this responsibility, this position will be responsible to lead globally one of the Common Services which are or will be part of our Project Delivery operating model.
As a **Global Common Services Lead**, this position will oversee all Project Delivery team members, across regions, and their corresponding processes for a specific line of support to our Global Project Delivery Book of Work.
As part of this role, design and execution of the location strategy, optimization of capacity utilization, process standardization and sharing best practices across regions are the main priorities.
As of today, there are four Common Services as part of the Project Delivery operating model: (i) environments management, (ii) integration and consumption, (iii) project leadership and (iv) data management and processes.
Additional services may be added as we progress on the Consent Order and Finance Transformation efforts.
**Core Responsibilities**:

- Act as the single point of contact, representing Project Delivery Costa Rica team, for our stakeholders and partners within FRSS and out of FRSS located in APAC time zone and EMEA where applicable.
- Act as the single point of contact for any escalation and issue resolution related to the Project Delivery team located in Costa Rica.
- Actively participate in the Project Delivery SLT and GPSM senior forums.
- Actively participate and represent Project Delivery in the local and regional MORs in the APAC time zone.
- Cascade down Project Delivery center-specific communications and actions to all Project Delivery local employees located in Costa Rica and act accordingly.
- Coordinate headcount control, reengineering and BOW execution and any related S&E&R and R&C activity for the Project Delivery team located in Costa Rica.
- Coordinate VOE efforts and ensure there is a Project Delivery presence in talent and engagement activities in the center.
- Make sure Project Delivery employees remain connected at the site level and their voice is being heard.
- If there is a specific need of information at the center level about the Project Delivery employees, provide it after proper review and approval from the corresponding GPSM Project Delivery SLT member and coordination with the GPSM SPOC in Costa Rica.
- Coordinate proper support to the Project Delivery BOW and initiatives from its Global Common Services.
Partner with all global leads and center leads to ensure compliance to our BOW.
- Design and execution of the location strategy, optimization of capacity utilization, process standardization and sharing best practices across regions for the specific Common Service assigned and in coordination with global leads.
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent that has end-to-end process knowledge, business and product knowledge and analytical skills to drive analytical insights and process improvements for the specific Common Service assigned.
- Further develop a diverse talent pool that can meet the demands of a company being transformed for the specific Common Service assigned.
- Actively participation in global/regional internal or external audit or regulatory reviews by representing the Costa Rica center and/or the specific Common Service assigned.
- Create and maintain an effective control environment to ensure adherence with all internal and external policies and procedures.
