You will be working as part of a growing team that is challenged to define and evolve the user experience for a large global manufacturer's website, serving a wide variety of Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) customers.
**Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following**:

- Plan, execute, analyze, present, and archive digital optimization and personalization projects for digital product teams, including A/B tests, multi-variate tests, personalization activities, and recommendations
- Participate in Agile scrum ceremonies to align
- Partner with the Optimization Program Lead and Product Owners to identify and prioritize top optimization opportunities
- Partner with UX Leads to ensure proposed designs are feasible
- Partner with Technical Leads to define the technical configurations required to fulfill testing hypothesis
- Coordinate with peers to meet the needs and priorities within the department and across other departments
- Support other teams across 3M in their digital optimization efforts
- Drive a culture of Test and Learn at 3M

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university in a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience executing digital optimization projects in live production environments
- Experience creating and delivering presentations to audiences including stakeholders and executives
- Experience making recommendations and presenting complex information to non-technical audiences
- Advanced English Level C1

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Hands-on experience with Adobe Target
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to maximize relationships in cross-functional teams
- Experience with remote UX research tools, such as UserZoom, Userlytics, Loop11, Usertesting
- Experience with Agile development, including scrum ceremonies
- Familiar with Dual Track Agile and Lean UX concepts
- Experience in eCommerce, mass merchant or retail environment
- Strong time management and ability to be self-directed
