**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Perform hands-on analysis, troubleshooting, coding/development, testing and implementation of Maximo defects/enhancements/user-stories
Participate in requirement gathering & requirement analysis process and ensure the business requirements are complete, detailed and avoid the solution directions.
Participate in developing and confirming solution and clarifying requirements.
Perform testing for enhancements and defect fixes prior to business acceptance testing.
Perform or participate in root cause analysis, defect analysis and defect trend analysis for critical business issues to help identify the root causes for complex and frequent problems and help stabilize Maximo environment at the earliest Follow the usual Agile scrum model and be aligned to the team/squad activities, sprint activities.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
At least three years of experience in:

- Implementing, upgrading, or supporting IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management Software.
- Developed medium to complex workflows on standard Maximo objects like PR, PO contracts and work order.

Fluent English Level
