**How you will contribute**
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of motivated, high performing Talent Advisors.
- Responsible for weekly meetings with the team to identify areas of concern, discuss continuous improvement ideas and work on motivation and coaching/development plans for direct reports.
- Partner with People Managers, People Leads and other parts of TA to find top talent, brainstorm recruiting strategies and help to implement those ideas
- Participate in DMS meetings and others and status meetings as needed.
- Weekly reporting responsibilities
- Develop action plans on hard to fill positions
- Proven experience with sourcing tools and techniques such as online social networking, traditional networking, Boolean searches, and referrals.
- A demonstrated passion for providing amazing leadership, customer service and creating that commitment and passion in the team.
- Self-starter, motivated and results oriented.
- Ability to achieve and exceed results in a fast paced environment.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Administration or related field is highly preferred.
- Experience in a Recruiting function required - Supply Chain a plus
- Experience managing a team
- Experience recruiting for the United States required
- Experience and ability to handle multiple projects at once with a small requ load
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required, Workday highly preferred.
- Superior verbal and written English is required
