Project Managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
This is all done within the confines of the organization's goals and vision.
You will:
- Lead the planning and implementation of multiple global projects - both client projects and internal projects_- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgets_- Define and manage changes to project scope, goals, schedule and/or costs_- Coordinate resources to ensure execution of the project_- Management of client (both internal and external) relationships to ensure effective project timeline deliverables._- Coordinate and communicate the activities of applicable departments to ensure that all project milestones and deadlines are met_- Manage ongoing communications with internal clients, external clients and prospective clients to ensure applicable departments are aware of, meet and or exceed expectations_- Maintain the project management systems to ensure accurate records_- Create and maintain reporting information analysis of statistical information for trending and reporting purposes_- Conduct project evaluations and results management; risk management, business analysis including but not limited to lessons learned_- This job will have contact with internal clients, external clients and potential clients, vendors, other third parties, and other Company employees.
Contact will include communication with all job levels internally and externally_- Suggest enhanced methods or create new processes to improve the services we offer to clients_- Champion company core values and other company programs_- Other duties as assigned_

Education- High School Diploma or Equivalent_- College Diploma or equivalent in related field_- Project management specific qualifications_

Experience- Minimum 2 years project management experience_- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office packages_- Experience in using Project Management systems_- Experience in management of global projects_
