We're looking for the best and most experienced DevOps Specialists out there
- **8+ years experience** in DevOps/SysOps Environments**:

- Strong background in **running infrastructure at scale** in AWS, and one of GCP or Azure
- Strong background deploying code to Kubernetes, Cloud Containers, or Cloud Instances
- Docker or related container technology
- RESTful APIs
- SpringBoot
- Strong understanding of Java and Go
- Strong communication skills, deep empathy for customers, and ability to communicate complex technical problems to anyone
- Reverse engineering and debugging source code from back-end to front-end
- Knowledge of SQL performance, SQL tuning and optimization
- Experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell
- Experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, SPeL, Unix Shell

Our current tech stack is JVM based web-services (Java11), Go, Kubernetes, Typescript, Springboot, AWS, and of course a strong focus on dog-fooding our own continuous delivery tools.
The Escalation Engineer role is an opportunity to join this highly innovative organization in a senior position within the Customer Success division.
** As part of this you will be driving successful closure of complex technical issues via collaboration with cross functional teams using cutting-edge debugging tools while delivering the highest degree of customer satisfaction.

**We are looking for individuals who are able to successfully diagnose the entire technology stack, from the front-end to the back-end, to determine where to start troubleshooting an issue.

Your profile will match the following:

- Be willing to take full technical ownership of an issue or problem
- Be naturally inquisitive and know how to get to the bottom of an issue
- Have the ability to interpret technical data, identify trends and resolve system bottlenecks
- Have a relentless focus on customer success alongside deep technical expertise
- Have excellent customer-facing skills and presentation skills
- Have a passion for learning and sharing knowledge
- Be able to quickly establish rapport with customers
- Have a proven ability to maintain a professional and calm demeanor when handling complex user issues and fires
