Become a front-end design engineer writing the chip's functional logic, integrating functional blocks into the full chip design, and verifying its correct functionality.
Besides bringing up a new SOC design, this role will offer opportunities for innovations, novel problem-solving, work with, and gain exposure to, specialist teams and engineers including full-chip, micro-architecture, validation architecture, emulation modeling and validation, IP design, structural design, and platform architecture; as well as participate in design debug at various level of product development.
We are looking for university students (bachelor, licentiate, or Master) coursing their last years of engineer degree in the fields of Electric, Electronic, Computer, or similar careers.
With some exposure to digital design, good communication skills (in English and Spanish), and strong willingness to learn fast and work in a team.
Flexibility and hybrid work model are supported.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Programming skills: Scripting, OOP, C, C++, Python, or any other programming language.
- Have taken digital design class or equivalent.
- Willing to remain as an active student for at least 1 year
- Intermediate English level
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Knowledge **in any of the next** areas is a plus:
- VLSI Design.
- Computer or Platform architecture.
- Verilog/SystemVerilog/UVM.
- FPGA.
- Functional Verification.
- Emulation.
- Support and design of EDA (Electronic Design Automation) tools.
