**Job Description**:
- Support the monthly revenue forecast, sales' commission forecast, goal tracking setting and commission payment calculation for the Integrated Sales business unit.
- Prepare monthly revenue and cost reporting and trend analysis.
- Prepare monthly management reports and support ad hoc requests for revenue/cost reporting and analysis
- Drive standardization and create efficiencies across financial reporting and analysis models
- Analyze and interpret operating results and investigate variances
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics
- Create and maintain desktop procedure documents for routine processes
**Qualifications**:
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related Bachelor degree (MBA/CPA preferred)
- English fluency
- 4+ years progressive experience in Finance
- Strong Experience with sales forecast and/or commission/royalties forecast.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting concepts
- Experience dealing with high volume of data and tied deadlines.
- Experience working with commission/compensation processes (preferred) and partnership with Sales Teams
- Experience working in an offshore Shared Service Center preferred
- Highly collaborative, accountable, and extremely detailed under tight timelines
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques
- Highly motivated, results-driven finance professional
- Intellectual curiosity, proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience with tableau, Power BI is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills required; Experience/knowledge of financial systems and tools including OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase and Smartview preferred
