You will be a part of the Business Transformation team, reporting to Amy Kahrim, Senior Director, Growth & Transformation Office.
What do our Senior Project Managers do?
They
- Tackle complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions, **honing critical thinking and problem-solving abilities**.
- Develop and **refine leadership skills** by guiding teams through transformation initiatives and driving organizational change.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, fostering a mindset of **continuous learning and professional development**.
- Gain valuable experience and a proven track record of success in business transformation, positioning yourself for **career growth and advancement** opportunities.
**How You'll make an impact**
- Lead multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
- Show initiative in performing research and obtaining data as needed
- Deliver big ideas and transform them into scalable programs through solution analysis, developing hypotheses, and recommending frameworks/methodologies
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership
- Identify obstacles and roadblocks and proactively develop approaches to overcome them
- Work closely with development teams (internal and external) in all stages of process and system integration from helping gather user requirements, planning and executing user acceptance and validation testing, to supporting implementation and maintenance
- Leverage change management best practices to mitigate resistance and create sustainable outcomes

**You will achieve your best if you have**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, or project management
- Strong analytical skills and experience with process mapping, root cause analysis, ROI and data analysis
- Experience in business process designs and facilitation
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to think outside the box and come to the table with proposed solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across all levels of the organization
- Change agent with strong credibility and influence across the business and firm grasp of change management principles and techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a high pace environment

- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- PMP or other project management certification
