**Job Description**:
- Support and provide inputs into core business unit (BU) financial processes such as month-end, monthly forecast, annual budget, and strategic planning.
- Manage financial plans and forecasts for engineering/ product development related cost components of the business such as fixed assets, capitalization, depreciation and amortization, IT costs (cloud/ hardware/ software costs) and labor costs.
- Execute month-end close responsibilities.
Maintain a strong control environment.
- Manage cross BU cost recharges across various technology initiatives.
- Track legacy IT infrastructure cost savings and offsets.
- Create meaningful and succinct reporting packages for executives to provide visibility to performance vs targets/ expectations.
- Provide detailed tracking and reporting for product development productivity and performance KPIs (key performance indicators).
- Provide decision support to finance and business teams through ad-hoc analysis and financial modelling to drive better decisions and results.
- Drive continuous process improvements and standardization across financial reporting and analysis models.
- Identify and highlight risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all communications, actions and decisions.
**Qualifications**:
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline.
- Advanced English level.
- 4+ years of work experience in a Finance Analyst FP&A position.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strong ability to work in system details as well as summarize and explain large amounts of information including variances to budget and forecast.
- Positive attitude, strong collaborative style and work ethic, growth mindset with passion for learning in a flexible and changing environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and solve problems in a team environment.
- Ability to explain solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to balance between detail orientation and the high-level summaries while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to multitask several important priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience/knowledge of financial systems and tools including OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase and SmartView.
