**A Day in the Life
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Performs repairs and maintenance in plant or office facilities, or on machines and equipment.
- Typically performs work in one or more of the maintenance trades: carpentry, plumbing, painting, machine and equipment repair, electrical, sheet metal fabrication, and welding.
- Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
- Uses hand and power tools.
- Tests, inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs machines and equipment.
- Tests, inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs machines and equipment.
- May redesign optical, vacuum, electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems for incorporation on existing manufacturing equipment.
- Uses blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications.
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience of relevant experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.
- Completed secondary school or minimum Ninth grade of secondary school.
- Electromechanical Technician - Electrical Technician or Mechanical Technician (INA or CTP graduate desirable) or related.
- Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- This is an on-site weekly shift day position with working hours between (flexible hours/time and overtime when required) - It can be from Monday to Friday or from Monday to Saturday.
**Nice to Have**
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Ability to use multi meter to troubleshoot incoming power and low voltage controls.
- HVAC experience.
- EPA universal certification.
- Ability to sweat, braze and pro-press pipe.
- Familiar with chiller plant and water treatment (RO/DI systems).
- Preferred communication English intermediate-avanced.
- Experience in - air conditioning - water cooling - positive displacement - diaphragm pumps - water cooling system.
- Desirable demonstrated knowledge and understanding of GMPs, FDA regulations, Quality System Regulations (QSR), ISO 13485 requirements.
- Knowledge in EHS field.
- Knowledge about project management.
- Works under moderate degree of supervision.
