**OBJETIVO DE LA POSICION**:
Participar en la implementación de Proyectos MPS (Marketed Product Support) y contribuir en la ejecución de proyectos NPI (New Product Introduction) en su fase de transferencia de diseño al ambiente de manufactura.
Fungiendo como miembro de equipos interdisciplinarios, en cumplimiento de las normas, procedimientos y regulaciones establecidas por la compañía y estándares de la industria.

1.
Contribuir con actividades de complejidad media para la transferencia del diseño a manufactura en proyectos NPI.

2.
Liderar actividades de proyectos MPS de baja - mediana complejidad según las necesidades del negocio, entre ellos**:35%**
- Introducciones geográficas.
- Extensiones de línea.
- Transferencias de procesos / productos entre diferentes sitios.
- Cambios o introducciones de componentes / materiales con baja complejidad.
- Cambios o actualizaciones a componentes / materiales con baja complejidad, ejemplo un PID específico para un país.
- Mejoras a productos existentes.
3.
Dar seguimiento al avance de las actividades asignadas a fin de cumplir con el cronograma del proyecto.

Interactuar con el equipo de proyecto y las diferentes áreas funcionales de Allergan a nível local y global para asegurar el cumplimiento de los entregables asignados de acuerdo al cronograma del proyecto.

Participar en la ejecución de actividades y documentación de las fases de control de diseño según el cronograma.

6.
Conducir ciertas etapas de actividades relacionadas con: Protocolos de validación de producto y proceso, cambios en dibujos y procedimientos Seteos en SAP, ECOs y FA - FSFA.

7.
Cumplir con mecanismos operativos apropiados para una efectiva comunicación con el equipo del proyecto.

8.
Proporcionar el adecuado cierre / corrección de cualquier desviación abierta durante la ejecución del proyecto.

Participar en el "Troubleshooting" de cualquier evento que afecte el proceso de manufactura y que haya sido originado por errores de los proyectos.

10.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos corporativos y legales de EHS, mediante el acatamiento de la política y los procedimientos internos.

**CALIFICACIONES DEL PUESTO (REQUERIMIENTOS MINIMOS)**:
**Educación y Experiência**
- Ingeniero Industrial, Químico, Electromecánico o Carrera afín, o al menos un 80% avance de carrera.
- Deseable experiência de al menos 2 años en ambiente de manufactura, preferiblemente en Industria Médica.
Deseable experiência de al menos 1 año participando como miembro de proyectos.
- Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad/regulados (GMP, QSR, FDA, ISO, CAPA, Control de Diseño).
**HABILIDADES ESENCIALES**: Puede referirse al detalle de los roles que se encuentra en My Allergan Career (o de puestos similares) para determinar las competencias apropiadas.
- Manejo intermedio del idioma Inglés - Español (oral y escrito)
- Office, Microsoft Project & Visio.
