Develop different programs in the department in order to assure that the general services, projects and preventive maintenance of the building on time and with high level of reliability.
Coordinate with the Internals customers to define and execute, design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings and other facilities.
Plans and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on labor, materials and other related costs.This position need to have control and fill documentation regarding the Facilities function.
**You are responsible for**
- Develop, look for approvals, and implement plans for continuous service or process improvement, cost reduction and efficiency.
- Leads projects involving building maintenance, repairs and improvements including equipment and structure.
- Demonstrate teams coordination
- Develops and executes requirements related to facilities projects, special projects, facilities systems that support production, construction management and utilization of outside contractors.
- Cultivates internal and external network of resources to complete task.
Will lead project teams, determinate goals and objectives for projects
- Lead value improvements projects.Continually seek to drive improvements through the facility.
- Applies technical knowledge to innovate, design, and develop systems, processes and procedures.
- Has an operational role.
May performs tasks of a dissimilar nature.
Additional functions may be essential as designated by the Facilities Manager
