**Essential Duties and Responsibilities/**Obligaciones y responsabilidades esenciales**:

- Physical Control and plating of fixed assets, compilation of documents for the entry, write-off and transfer of assets in accounting system according to local law.
- Ensure the local accomplish with Procomer, Ministerio de Hacienda and CR Customs in all related to fixed assets management.
- Execute monthly fixed assets physical inventory to cover a 100% of total fixed assets in one year.
Solve all differences because of this exercise.
- Manage and analyze all related to CapEx, budget and execution of each project.
- Manages documentation of Fixed asset accounts, checking, sorting, and searching documents to keep updated accounting movements made by the company.
- Examines that books and fixed assets accounts remain with the correct balances.
- Ensure and control insurances and policies of Medical, Liabilities, Labor risk, vehicles and property insurances expenses and payments, find better options with Broker and update information for this purpose.
- Processes documents for accounting and internal control use.
- Review of financial accounts and make necessary adjustments.
- Support and meet the different processes, developments and policies of the Department of Human Resources, Financial and Quality for safety and any regulations or guidelines established by the company.
**Education & Experience Requirements/**Requerimientos de educación y experiência**:

- College degree of Accounting/Business administration
- Experience in free trade zone
- English level B1 at least
