TheFacilities Technician willprovide routine maintenanceand repairstobuildingsystems,equipment,andexteriorpropertygrounds.General understanding ofHVAC,electrical, mechanical,plumbing, andlife/safetysystems requiredinperformingtheseduties.For internal candidates only: (T3)What will you be doing?Carryout anintensive program ofplannedpreventive maintenancefor all companybuildingsandutilities.Carryout routine maintenanceonallcompany machinery andequipment includingfault finding, problem solving, andminor repairs tominimize downtime.
Full,accurate, andtimely completionofallmaintenance logs, schedules, etc.to comply withEnvironmental,Health, andSafety policies and company, insurance, andISOrequirements, etc.Contact external contractors asrequired andaccompany/assist them while on site.Ensure adequate supplies of sparesonsitefor commonly usedparts orthosewithalong lead time.Create&continuously update technicalfilesforplant &equipmentfromliaison withsuppliers,operators, orownknowledge,etc.Carryoutallminor mechanical & electrical repairs about buildingsand utilities,planned and executed insuch a way as tominimizeriskorinconvenience toothers.Carryoutmodificationsto workbenchesandnewequipmentasrequired.What will you need to be successfulEducation: Electrical, Electromechanical,IndustrialMaintenanceorRelated Career Technician.Experience:LessAtleast3yearsofexperienceasatechnician.ExperienceindocumentationandGxP.ExperienceinMedical Devices,Pharmaceuticalor Controlled environmental industriesonMicrosoftWindows,Office,andSAP.
Read understand drawings (electrical,control, andmechanical) and technicaldocuments inEnglish.WideonhandsexpertiseinHVAC systems,compressed air,RODI systems, Argon, BMS, Fire Station, and electrical systems.Competences:ResultsDrivenQuality&EfficiencyWillingnesstoChangeTeamworkOwnershipCollaborationYou.
