**Shape the success of projects**
Leading the cross-functional alignment of whole product lifecycles, you will manage multiple complex projects and direct multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver against key business goals.
In this high-impact, relatively autonomous role, your contribution will be critical to the success of the team and to Akamais business.
As a Program Manager - Web Product Operations, you will be responsible for:
Communicating, tracking, and reporting on program status, areas of risk/opportunity, process dependencies and success metrics to senior internal stakeholders
- Working with Product Line Leadership to evaluate and identify business problems, understand priorities and propose solutions
- Adopting best-practice guidelines to influence and implement continuous improvements to the processes
**Do what you love**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
- Demonstrate experience in Program or Project management in a cross functional and technical team
- Have good interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Be able to adapt quickly and respond to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
