**Propósitogeneral del puesto**:
El trabajo es predominantemente analítico, requiere de entrenamiento especializado y que implica el ejercicio frecuente de discreción y juicio.
El conocimiento generalmente se adquiere a través de un curso prolongado de estudio y/o especialización a través de años acumulados de experiência laboral, en el área de Contabilidad.Analista que efectúa labor de análisis complejo en el área de contabilidad.Aplica conocimientos profesionales para sintetizar información y elaborar conclusiones a los requerimientos solicitados.
Principales **Responsabilidades**:
Mantiene las cuentasde los clientes corporativosa nível globalmás complejas y/o críticas, que tienen mayor impactosegún las categorías y el nível de servicio establecido porThermo Fisher Scientific.
Brinda servicio al cliente respondiendo y resolviendo disputas de estosy preguntas ad-hoc que requieren investigación muy compleja; colabora con los clientes para escalar las consultas y proporciona actualizaciones de los procesos al equipo de liderazgo; negociación yresolución de disputas; analiza, interpreta y consolida informes para revisión de clientes; y coordina la comunicación entre el cliente y el área comercial.
Brinda apoyo administrativo a la gerencia con capacitación a otros miembros del equipo; apoyando enproyectos especiales que involucran investigación avanzada y revisión de datos; establece agenda y reúneinformación para reuniones conclientes; investigando el impacto de los cambios en el proceso y comunica los cambios al equipo de liderazgo; asegurando la adherencia a los controles del proceso de negocio; analiza datos para establecer límites de períodos contables; educaa los socios comerciales sobre las mejores prácticas para impulsar el cumplimiento en todo el negocio.
Soporta el procesamiento de documentos mediante la validación de datos para resoluciónde problemas complejos,mediante el uso de revisiones analíticas profundosen múltiples sistemas; ingresa transacciones que afectan los estados financieros; completando investigaciones complejas para reembolso o recuperación de fondos; concilia cuentas decontabilidad general de alta complejidad; analiza los libros, los estados financieros y las entradas del sistema transaccional para identificar y resolver las discrepancias de las transacciones; realización de análisis e investigaciones complejas de causaraíz para identificar y resolver problemas presentados por clientes o procedimientos; envia conciliaciones, informes y datos de flujo para revisiones del balance; coordina con las partes interesadas internas y externas para comprender las entradas de contabilidad, recopila información relevante,valida datos y conciliaciones; analiza la actividad contable para determinar y establecer los límites adecuados para los cierres.
Contribuye al control de calidad al revisar la documentación para verificar la precisión y el cumplimiento de las reglas comerciales; notifica a la gerencia los problemas o inquietudes de calidad; identificando tendencias de datos y problemas de sistema y/oprocesos,comunicando a los interesados; realiza investigacionespara resolver problemas del proceso; identifica e implementa mejoras en el proceso; realiza controles de calidad complejos de documentos procesados; e identifica y comunica causas, soluciones y tendencias de datos a múltiples departamentos.
Se enfoca en prioridades mediante el uso de políticas, datos y recursos; colaborando con gerentes, compañeros de trabajo, clientes y otros implicados en los procesos; identifica plazos y expectativas; determina y recomienda formas de abordar oportunidades de mejora; se adapta y aprende del cambio, las dificultades y realimentación que se le brinda.
Cumple con las políticas, procedimientos y estándares de ética e integridad de la compañía mediante la implementación de planes de acción relacionados; utilizando la política de puertas abiertas; y los aplica en la ejecución de procesos.
Mantiene el involucramiento y la comunicación por medio de teléfono, correo electrónico, chat o cualquier otro medio con los clientes internos y externos implicados en los procesos.
Apoya en el proceso de auditorías internas y externas, manteniendo los controles de los procedimientos operativos completos y correctos, así como brindandola información solicitada.
Identifica oportunidades de optimización y mejora continua de los procesos relacionados con el departamento, para establecer nuevas estrategias y aplicar mejores prácticas.
Brinda soporte y realiza cualquier otra solicitud que se requiera por necesidad de la empresa.
