Los puestos gerenciales de la matriz tienen una responsabilidad significativa por la coordinación de los demás, ya sea interna o externa, comentarios influyentes sobre su evaluación del desempeño y responsabilidad por los resultados de una función organizacional.
Dirige y controla el desarrollo de programas y estrategias que brinda el centro de servicios compartidos en el área de contabilidad/finanzas.
Líder de un grupo de trabajo.
- Principales **Responsabilidades**:
- Vela por el cumplimiento de las operaciones diarias del equipo mediante reuniones, auditorías, reportes y controles, con el fin de garantizar que se sigan todos los procedimientos y se cumplan los objetivos y métricas establecidas.
- Supervisa la asignación de la carga laboral a los miembros del equipo de acuerdo con los objetivos establecidos.
- Asegura el cumplimiento de los objetivos departamentales y organizacionales, enfocándose en el desempeño operacional y correcta guía de los miembros del equipo.
- Revisa y brinda apoyo con las conciliaciones de cuentas de clientes complejos.
- Toma el liderazgo cuando se presenten escalaciones por parte de clientes internos o externos, asegurando la mejor solución posible.
- Brinda soporte a los miembros del equipo cuando se presentan disputas en escenarios de mayor complejidad y criticidad.
- Mantiene el involucramiento y la comunicación por medio de teléfono, correo electrónico, chat o cualquier otro medio con los clientes internos y externos implicados en los procesos.
- Lidera y sirve como punto de contacto en procesos de auditorías internas y externas, manteniendo los controles de los procedimientos operativos y brinda la información que sea necesaria a los auditores.
- Identifica oportunidades de optimización y mejora continua de los procesos relacionados con el departamento sugiriendo nuevas estrategias o mejores prácticas.
- Apoya a supervisores y gerencia en la implementación de las estrategias mediante la comunicación asertiva de las mismas a su equipo.
- Brinda soporte y realiza cualquier otra solicitud que se requiera por necesidad de la empresa.
