The Channel Sales Program Team enables the Akamai Sales organization to achieve its go-to-market objectives.
Shaping strategic process, analytics and technical transformation programs.
**Help us achieve our goals**

As a Channel Programs & Operations Manager II, you will be responsible for:

- Leading multiple concurrent cross-functional programs from inception through to launch and beyond.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to clearly articulate the business problem, program scope, key stakeholders and success criteria.
- Building and shaping execution against complex & often multi-phased program plans, managing risks, issues and dependencies throughout.
- Defining and executing a Change Management plan.
Ensuring program success criteria are met and stakeholder adoption is achieved.
**Do what you love**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have demonstrated experience in Program Management, leading concurrent complex cross functional programs.
- Have experience using project management and collaboration tools, such as Smartsheets, Confluence and Google Productivity Tools.
- Have exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Be able to collaborate effectively within a diverse corporate and client environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt fluidly and manage tense situations.
