in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures.
They also design operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency.
**What your background should look like**:
The purpose of this role is to provide FP&A, costing and analytical support to US (Oregon and Minnesota) and Ireland sites.The position will be focused on costing, variance analysis, monthly close, spend control and analysis, as well as reportingand process improvements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Be a Subject Matter Expert for costing related topics.
- Support the site fi nancially, including in areas of control environment, guide through a strong analysis the team to impactthe results.
- Complete required close activities.
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports required.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of fi nancial reports generated through ERP systems, the accuracy of the std.costing process and evaluation of manufacturing variances.
- Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives assuring the site net productivity goals.
- Ensure strong working knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing inputs to continuously improveperformance benchmarks.
- Build strong relationship with key stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- 2 years of experience in diff erent ERP's, std.
cost setting, variance analysis, FP&A (budgeting/forecasting).
- Experience with SAP and advance Excel.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing environments (preferably in electronics or medical industries).
- Advanced English (written and Oral).
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in culturally diverse teams.
- Capable of working under high pressure and high accountability.
