You will execute warehouse operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance.
You will also work collaboratively with key internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution.
You will also be responsible for activities such as inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interfaces monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, third-party performance management, pallets management.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
- Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system based on available information among stakeholders.
Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance and KPI monitoring, and introduce corrective measures in case of missing KPIs and the need to reduce additional capacity
- Work with our service providers to ensure the delivery of our trading partners in terms of punctuality and completeness, taking into account quality and HACCP guidelines
- Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life monitoring and management, supports reduction of write offs and constantly looks for opportunities to improve productivities
- Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, in particular in connection with continuous improvement projects and tenders and peak management
- Build and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities

Controlar la operación de Almacenes tercerizada, asegurando la ejecución de los diferentes procesos Logísticos en tiempo y forma, alineados a nuestros requerimientos de Calidad, Seguridad, e Internal Control, manteniendo una comunicación efectiva con nuestro proveedor de Almacenes y el resto de las Áreas internas.
Soportar procesos adicionales relacionados con las entregas de nuestros clientes en Centroamérica y Caribe.
**Educación/ Titulaciones**:
- Administración de Empresas o Ingeniería Industrial.
**Requisitos específicos del puesto**:
- Ingles Avanzado
- Experiência en Manejo y Control de inventarios
- Manejo Ofice (Power Point/Word/Excel)
- Manejo Sistema SAP
- Manejo Power BI (Opcional)
**Responsabilidades asociadas con el puesto de trabajo**:
- Control de operación Logistica, manteniendo una relación y comunicación directa con nuestro operador de Almacenes, garantizando que todos los procesos se ejecuten de la forma correcta.
- Cumplimiento KPIS: Revisión del cumplimiento de los KPI operativos, asegurando que se cumplan los objetivos definidos.
- Control presupuesto: Llevar control del presupuesto de la operación, comunicando con anticipación las eventuales desviaciones que se podrían tener.
- Mantener comunicación constante con las diferentes Áreas, Comercio Exterior, Demanda y Abastecimiento, Facturacion, Comercial, para un correcto flujo de la información
- Asegurar que los procesos se ejecuten en base a los requerimientos de Calidad, Seguridad, Medio Ambiente e Internal Control, basado en las Expectativas definidas para cada uno de ellos y las regulaciones del país.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora, que eventualmente se puedan capitalizar para mejoras en costos operativos.
- Soportar los diferentes proyectos del Área, Productividad, Automatización, Estandarización, etc.
